What a way to pay for Mushraf's trial.

The Nawaz Sharif Government is spending a huge money from the national ex-checker just to prosecute Musharaf. No body from within the government is coming forward to say "why". The nawaz government has already been paying a handsome salary to the Attorney General, Addtl. Attorney General, Advocate General, Assist. Advocate General, Prosecutor General and all other associates to the office. The amount which was disclosed by one of the Mushraf's team member Barrister Saif is sum 49 million rupees. Now question arises here that on the one end this government is claiming to up-root the nepotism and on the other end she is doing the contrary to the statement. The present government by doing so not only making loss to state pocket but committing a crime.

The Speaker should come forward to probe the matter in question and establish a criminal case against the wrong doer. The state money so lavishly spent for hiring a lawyer to prosecute Mushraf's trial brought back and submitted in the state's pocket forthwith. If anybody from the parliament wishes to engage or hire a Private Lawyer then he should pay his fee from personal pocket and not from the pocket of the state.

The present Nawaz regime has already succeeded to bring those lawyers as Judges who will never initiate any sort of proceedings against them and his team members.The way government is working and the way other institutions like military, police, and judiciary is keeping check over state's money there is every chance of mass-level injustice to the society at large. Pakistani people are victim of time and believe nobody will come to rescue them. The people of Pakistan could only become spectator but can never stop this bullshit.   volawyer

Loan for Small & Medium Size Enterprises by the Nawaz Sharif's Government.

LIVING UNDER HOT WATERS

The present government once again has decided to through the stumbling economy of Pakistan under heavy pressure of loans. This government is already borrowing a huge amount of Dollars from IMF and trying to involve the young innocent chaps into a vicious circle of Loan Scheme.

Now consider the stance of present Nawaz's government that this loan amount will generate economic activity in the country and serve the individual in up-lifting their standard of livings. But the government's claim is nothing but to cheat the unemployed youngsters. The intention and medium used in sanctioning this loan amount is very ridicules.

When Loan Scheme Works:

We will discuss here in short that when & what kind of economy such like Loan Scheme would succeed;

  1. In an economy where a developed industrial infrastructure is already in operation, because small & medium size loan channelize the demand of big industrial units. The amount involved here is very meager and no one could  start a reasonable business except establishing a barber shop, beauty clinic, a grocery shop, a welder shop, a puncture mending shop and so on.
  2. The economy of Pakistan depends upon cultivated land and about 65% of population is already engaged with cultivation and there is no need of further experimentation. Now question arises here regarding the usage of Loan Amount. Is it not possible for a loan seeker to use the debt amount in agricultural purposes. The answer is no, he cannot do that because....(detail will be given in next feature) Cont........

Celiac Disease

Celiac disease is a digestive disorder in which gluten—a protein found in wheat and other flours—generates an inflammatory response in the small intestine, damaging tissue and impairing nutrient absorption. A lifelong gluten-free diet is the only effective way to relieve symptoms, which include diarrhea, weight loss, and depression. Though it was observed as early as 200 CE, celiac disease's link to wheat remained undiscovered until 1950. What natural event may have contributed to the discovery? More... Discuss

Grand National Assembly of Turkey Is Founded (1920)

The treaty negotiated between the Allies and the Ottoman Empire at the end of WWI liquidated the Ottoman Empire and virtually abolished Turkish sovereignty, but nationalists under the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk were committed to establishing a sovereign Turkish state. During the struggle for independence, Atatürk pushed for the creation of a national assembly, which declared itself the supreme governing power when convened in 1920. When did it formally declare the sovereignty of Turkey? More... Discuss

Conch Republic Independence Celebration

In 1982 the United States Border Patrol set up a roadblock on U.S. Highway 1, just north of the Florida Keys, which threatened the region's tourist industry and angered residents. On April 23, 1982, the residents of the Florida Keys seceded from the United States as the Conch Republic; though it didn't last, the stunt succeeded in lifting the roadblocks. Each year, residents celebrate the short-lived independence of the Conch Republic. The festival features conch-blowing contests, a reenactment of the secession, mock naval battles, numerous public parties, and more. More... Discuss
